Guide Pin

Make from Stainless Steel – 10 mm in length is used to secure the healing ball during final impression. It is to validate the proper alignment of the healing ball to the hexagonal shaped abutment. The guide pin must be able to engage the thread to secure the healing ball. Re-insert healing ball to the hexagonal abutment if the guide pin if unable to engage the threads on the abutment screw.
